Dear teachers and students, happy Spring Festival!

Since December 2019, confirmed cases of pneumonia in novel coronavirus have been found in many provinces in China.Because the source of infection of the disease is not clear, the route of transmission has not been fully grasped, and there is the possibility of virus variation in the process of spreading the epidemic.At present, during the Spring Festival, people move intensively in a large scale, so it is very important to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. We hope that all teachers and students in our school can be vigilant, enhance their awareness of self-protection, and take appropriate preventive measures to protect their own health.To this end, the school has issued the following initiatives:

First. Avoid going to crowded public places and contact with patients with fever and respiratory tract infection.If it is really necessary to go to crowded public places, be sure to wear a mask.It is recommended to choose surgical masks and N95 masks, wear them correctly and change them regularly.

Second. It is recommended that you wash your hands frequently and pay attention to personal hygiene.Wash your hands with flowing water before going home, eating, going to the toilet, coughing or sneezing;Don’t spit everywhere.When sneeze or cough, do not cover your nose and mouth directly with your hands, but cover your nose and mouth with paper towels or bent elbows.In addition, we should pay attention to strengthen exercise, work and rest regularly, avoid staying up late and keep indoor air circulation.

Third. Avoid contact with wild livestock, wild animals and their excreta and secretions, do not prey, sell or buy wild animals.Buy fresh poultry meat from the right channels and eat poultry meat and egg milk thoroughly.When handling fresh products, the utensils should be separated from raw and cooked, and cleaned in time.

Fourth. Once you find you have some symptoms, it should be reported in a timely manner and timely medical treatment is required.If there are early clinical symptoms of acute respiratory tract infection such as fever, cough and shortness of breath, please wear a mask and go to the nearest medical institution with fever clinic in time.At the same time, inform the doctor about the contact history and travel history of similar patients or animals.If you are diagnosed with pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus infection, please actively cooperate with the treatment.If you are told by the disease control department that you are a close contact person, you don’t have to panic, just cooperate with home medical observation, observe your own physical condition, and receive regular follow-up.

Fifth.Put an end to part-time job, party gathering with illness.If you have symptoms of respiratory tract infection such as fever and cough, rest at home, don’t go out and travel. When the weather is good, the room is ventilated. Please wear a mask when contacting others.Avoid taking part-time jobs, going to work, attending classes, parties, etc.

Sixth.Keep in touch with each other at all times.Teachers and students should always keep in touch with their units (colleges). If there is fever or other suspected symptoms, the faculty and staff should report to the person in charge of the unit (college) and the students should report to the counselor at the same time.Students who stay in school during holidays should do a good job of personal protection during part-time work and study, and report their personal outings and physical conditions to the teachers in their colleges every day to ensure their own safety.Keep in touch with parents in time.If you need to leave school during the winter vacation, you should report to the college in time.At the same time, the school hospital has a duty phone number: 0898-65898125;Mobile phone: 13307608823. Seventh.
