In order to earnestly implement the spirit of the documents of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial Department of Education on epidemic prevention and control, continue to consolidate the achievements of epidemic prevention in the previous stage, and fight well against epidemic prevention and control, our school made intensive re-deployment on February 5, and resolutely implemented the epidemic prevention and control work in detail.In the morning, Diao Xiaoping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, held a special meeting on epidemic prevention for education system;In the afternoon, Li Hongmei, Secretary of the Party Committee, once again presided over the video conference of the Party Committee to study the deployment of epidemic prevention and control and the preparation before the start of school.Immediately after the Party Committee, a video conference was held on the redeployment of epidemic prevention and control work for middle-level cadres in the whole school.The meeting was presided over by Li Hongmei, Secretary of the Party Committee of the school, and attended by Lin Qiang, Diao Xiaoping, Guo Jianchun, Shi Haitao, Li Sen, Wang Renbin, Huang Peiyi, Huang Yijun, Shen Fuke, the principal leaders of the teaching and auxiliary units of the government, and the secretaries and deans of various colleges.

At the meeting, the principal person in charge of the Party and Government Office first reported to the participants the epidemic prevention and control work in the last stage of the school from the aspects of strengthening campus control, campus disinfection, management of students staying in and returning to school, and distribution of epidemic prevention materials.

According to the ten requirements of the Party Committee of Hainan Education Department on the prevention and control of epidemic situation in colleges and universities, Lin Qiang has made careful arrangements for the prevention and control of epidemic situation at school opening from four aspects.First, do a good job of returning teachers and students to school in the new semester in accordance with the relevant notices of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education.Second, do a good job in teaching during epidemic prevention, and make online classroom and live teaching plans.Third, strengthen the logistics support work such as the reserve of epidemic prevention materials, dormitory arrangement and dining safety in the canteen.Fourth, we should continue to implement the closed management of campus, strengthen the registration of entry and exit, disinfection and protection of campus, meals for students staying in school, publicity and education for international students, and information statistics for teachers and students returning to school.Lin Qiang asked all units to pay full attention to the epidemic prevention work, shoulder their responsibilities, and work together to fight the epidemic prevention work in schools.

Li Hongmei pointed out that the pre-school epidemic prevention work has been affirmed by the Party Committee of the Provincial Education Department, but there is still a gap with the requirements of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial Education Department.She asked all departments and colleges of the whole school to strengthen the “four consciousnesses”, strengthen the “four self-confidences” and achieve the “two maintenance”political heights, give full play to the political leading and organizational guarantee role of the five-level party organization, fulfill the main responsibility and supervision responsibility, ensure that prevention and control and school opening are correct, and do all the work well, realistically and carefully.She stressed that it is necessary to continue to give play to the HNU’s consistent fighting style, continuously enhance political awareness, spend more energy and effort, shoulder more responsibilities, and avoid any chance, and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech and several documents of the Party Committee of the Central Committee, the Princial Education Department.She hopes that in such a special period, the HNU staff should not be afraid of hardship, make concerted efforts, obey the unified command of the CPC Central Committee, protect themselves, their families, teachers and students, strive to be social models, do all kinds of prevention and preparation work, and win the epidemic prevention war.
