It is necessary to cook thoroughly cooked food, and the central temperature of processed food should reach above 70.

At the same time, the canteen attaches great importance to the information reporting work, and timely reports the situation of epidemic prevention and control of production and business premises or affiliated personnel, providing first-line information for effective disposal and scientific decision-making;At the same time, pay close attention to the information release of the national authoritative departments, pay attention to the public information on prevention and control, timely judge according to the situation, and timely adjust the catering service guarantee work.
