On the morning of February 15th, Diao Xiaoping, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, went to Longkun South Campus to inspect the key parts of epidemic prevention and control, accompanied by responsible comrades of the Propaganda Departmentof the Party Committee., Security Department and Logistics Management Office.
At the gate duty point of Longkun South Campus, Diao Xiaoping carefully checked the information registration form of the students coming to the school, inquired about the implementation of the entrance guard management measures in detail, learned about the life and health of the front-line staff, and gave on-site guidance on the problems existing in the entry and exit information registration.
Diao Xiaoping affirmed the staff who have been sticking to the front line of the gate since the outbreak of the epidemic. She asked the working comrades of the security department to conscientiously implement the regulations on entry and exit registration, wearing masks and testing body temperature, strictly implement the responsibility system, strictly check and accurately test the entry and exit personnel and vehicles, and keep the first line of defense for epidemic prevention and control, so as to contribute to ensuring the effectiveness of school epidemic prevention work.
Diao Xiaoping also inspected the student apartments in Longkun South Campus, requiring the logistics department to have a clear grasp of the data of the students staying in the school, and strictly enforce the registration management system for students entering and leaving the dormitory area. Every day, students' study and living areas should be disinfected to ensure the sanitation of the campus environment. At the same time, preparations for epidemic prevention materials should be strengthened to do a good job in dealing with the epidemic prevention and control after students return to school.
