On the morning of February 23rd, our school held an enlarged meeting of the leading group for prevention and control of pneumonia in COVID-19 in the lecture hall on the 10th floor of the library.Members of the school epidemic prevention and control leading group attended the meeting on the spot, and the principals of teaching and auxiliary units of other organs, deans and secretaries of various colleges attended the meeting online through video.

The meeting was presided over by Li Hongmei, Party Secretary of the school.

At the meeting, the heads of six units, including the Student Affairs Department, Academic Affairs Office, Logistics Management Office, Security Office, Education Development Management Office, and affiliated middle schools, made reports on the student work, online teaching, and logistics security during the epidemic.

Everyone should take responsibility, and never be perfunctory.Lin Qiang said that the epidemic is both a disaster and an opportunity.Everyone should sum up and accumulate experience, fully develop online teaching (training) and other educational technologies, and do a good job of “deep integration of information technology and education and teaching”.Third, do a good job in the employment of graduates. The situation of this year is special and grim, which makes it even more necessary for the college to find ways, mobilize all its staff, and actively contact schools and enterprises to provide quality services for graduates’employment.Schools will formulate corresponding incentive policies and strive to maintain a high employment rate.Fourth, do a good job in preparing students to return to school.For the isolation and connection of students after returning to school, as well as the introduction of talents, budget and other work. All departments should innovate their working methods, make good plans, and resolutely prevent the outbreak from erupting again.
