On March 9-10, in view of the pneumonia epidemic in COVID-19, and for the sake of better employment of students, our school, in conjunction with Hainan Provincial Human Resources Development Bureau and Zhaopin.com, successfully held the Spring “Air-borne” Double Election for 2020 graduates of Hainan Normal University.
According to the Zhilian.com Double Election Platform, a total of 471employersfrom 24 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) including Hainan, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shenzhen and Zhejiang participated in the double election, providing 1,393 jobs and recruiting 20,354 jobs.The recruitment majors cover such disciplines as education, literature, engineering, science, management, art, law and economics.A total of 3,443 students signed up for the conference, among which 1,831 students participated in our school, accounting for 53%.A total of 8,991 resumes were submitted, of which 6,347 were submitted by students in our school, accounting for 71%.There were 3,551 students in the double election meeting within two days.By March 11th, more than 100 people had reached their initial employment intentions.
In order to hold a double election meeting, the School Admissions and Employment Office began to register on February 22, in addition to issuing invitations to all units on the Internet and WeChat, and at the same time issuing invitation messages to 843employersstationed in the school employment network, 115 of which are key employers.
