At noon on March 31st, a press conference was held in Haikou, where Hainan Province is expected to recruit first-batch 30,000 talents globally in 2020.The reporter was informed at the press conference that in order to attract all kinds of talents from around the world to start businesses in Hainan and build a free trade port in Hainan, the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government closely combined with the development needs, organized and brought together units in various fields in the province, and provided more than 30,000 post resources at one time to carry out open recruitment activities globally.
This recruitment activity has a wide coverage, numerous participating units, and provides an unprecedented number of jobs in Hainan history. The number of job solicitation is 3.3 times that of the recruitment activity of “Gathering Talents from All Sides” in Beijing in 2018, involving party and government organs, institutions, state-owned enterprises, parks, statutory institutions, private enterprises and other units.
From the perspective of industrial distribution, in this recruitment activity, the number of jobs in three leading industries, namely modern service industry, tourism industry and high-tech industry, exceeded 60% of the total, accounting for 31%, 24.8% and 6.9% in turn. The demand for high-level talents has reached a record high, with 1,717 high-end talents with an annual salary of 300,000 yuan or more and 59 high-paying jobs with an annual salary of over one million, mainly distributed in the fields of education, medical care and tourism.
From a regional perspective, the demand for talents in key parks is emerging, with 3,126 job demands provided by key parks such as Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone Administration and Haikou Jiangdong New District.
From the perspective of talent demand, professional and technical talents account for 40%, skilled talents account for 25%, management talents account for 7%, and social work talents and rural practical talents account for 10%. In addition, this recruitment activity also puts forward job requirements for some new formats and occupations, such as short video production and live broadcast, international liaison specialist, AI engineer, etc.
This recruitment activity also involves 470 international talent positions, mainly focusing on foreign language teachers, aviation industry drivers and maintainers, hotel management and other positions.
