On the morning of August 28th, Li Hongmei, Party Secretary of our school, and Yang Weiguo, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and othercolleaguesconducted a special inspection on the prevention and control of the normalized epidemic situation in Longkun South Campus and the preparation for the start of the fall semester in 2020.

Li Hongmei and othersvisited the key campus areas such as the east gate of the school, Tian Jiabing Education College, student canteen and student dormitory, and inquired in detail about the implementation of the normalized epidemic prevention and control and school opening preparation work by the relevant responsible units.

At the east gate of the school, Li Hongmei asked the relevant responsible units to strengthen campus management and do a good job in cleaning all areas of the campus, especially toilets, in terms of setting temperature measuring points, placing classified garbage bins, publicizing garbage classification knowledge, maintaining old buildings such as bungalows and Hu Wenhu swimming pools, clearing weeds in green belts, and parking electric cars and private cars.

In Tian Jiabing Education College, Li Hongmei inspected the lecture hall on the second floor and other places, and looked at the teaching monitoring of the two campuses. She requested that the Academic Affairs Office should make arrangements for teachers to start classes, and take advantage of the opportunity of cooperation between banks and schools to promote the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching, so as to enhance the informationization level of schools. The logistics management office should do a good job in the hygiene of the teaching building, reflect the management service level in small details, and provide a good learning environment for teachers and students; In addition, it is necessary to come up with a labor education program for students as soon as possible to cultivate students’ all-round development. TheSchool of International Education should communicate with the School of Music to jointly launch well-made and high-level literary programs.

In the student canteen, Li Hongmei carefully checked the hygiene of the kitchen and the shelf life of the food in the warehouse, and cordially communicated with the students who ate, asking the students whether the price of vegetables was reasonable and whether the food was delicious, hoping that the students would save food and practice the “Clean Your Plate Campaign”.

After the inspection, Li Hongmei made a redeployment on the preparatory work for the opening of the school, requiring all relevant units to further do a good job in the prevention and control of the normalized epidemic situation, strengthen publicity and guidance, and do detailed and practical work for students, so as to ensure the safety, stability and order of the opening of the fall semester and meet the inspection of provincial leaders in a good state.

The heads from Office of Party and Government Affairs, Logistics Management Office, Security Department, Education Development Management Office and other functional departments accompanied inspection.
