On September 23, the 2023 pre-job training exam for university teachers in Hainan Province was held at our school. 1922 new university teachers from 22 universities in the province and the Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology Management Bureau took the exam. 

Vice President Han Xiaoyu of our school inspected the exam site, accompanied by the Director of the Party and Political Affairs Office and the Party and Political Director of the Continuing Education College. Han Xiaoyu inspected the examination room, monitoring room, examination office, etc. She gained a detailed understanding of the preparation and organization of the exam. He fully affirmed the various tasks of the exam and pointed out the need to be serious about the exam style and discipline, conduct the exam with integrity, organize and evaluate the papers carefully, and effectively carry out all the exam work.

It is reported that the Hainan Provincial Higher Education Teacher Training Center (our School of Continuing Education) held the 2023 Hainan Provincial Higher Education Teacher Pre-Job Training Concentrated Training from July 10th to 16th, which includes higher education regulations, professional ethics of higher education teachers, higher education, higher education psychology, etc. According to the "Provisional Rules for Pre-Job Training of Teachers in Higher Education Institutions" issued by the Ministry of Education, the courses in higher education and higher education psychology adopt the form of closed book exams. Those who pass each course will be issued a "Certificate of Qualification for Pre-Job Training of Teachers in Higher Education Institutions", as one of the bases for the qualification recognition and job appointment of university teachers.
