On the afternoon of September 25th, Vice Governor of Hainan Province Xie Jing and his delegation visited our school's Guilin Yang campus to investigate the development of the school.

Xie Jing and his delegation listened to a report from relevant officials on the high-quality development of Hainan's basic education served by our school.

At the research symposium, President Chen Xiangsong analyzed and reported on the current situation and existing difficulties of our school and discussed personal ideas for the future development of the school.

Xie Jing stated that the provincial party committee and government attached great importance to the high-quality and balanced development of basic education in Hainan and had always been concerned and supportive of the development of Hainan Normal University. It is hoped Hainan Normal University could further strengthen its top-level design, clarify its development positioning, serve the national education power and the strategic deployment of Hainan Free Trade Port construction, seize opportunities, and contribute more to Hainan's basic education.

After the meeting, Xie Jing and his delegation further discussed the development of the school with members of our school's party and government administration.

Zhang Huawei, Deputy Secretary General of Hainan Provincial Government, persons in charge of the Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Talent Bureau, Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Provincial Department of Finance, and Haikou Municipal Government, members of our school's party and government team, relevant functional departments, and party and government leaders of various colleges participated in the survey.
