In order to better implement the purpose of "revitalizing rural areas through education and serve the people through art", assist in the development of aesthetic education, cultivate artistic talents with both moral and artistic qualities, and promote the high-quality and prosperous development of music and culture in the new era, on the afternoon of October 16th, the "Teaching Fishing"Plan"—CCOM and HNNU 1+1 Village Music Teacher Training and Hainan Normal University Aesthetic Education Practice Base listing ceremony was held at the First Primary School of Baisha Li Autonomous County.

At the ceremony, the person in charge of our school's Conservatory of Music expressed gratitude to the teachers and students of the Central Conservatory of Music for their dedication to the cause of rural aesthetic education in Hainan, as well as to the support and cooperation of the Baisha County Education Bureau and relevant schools. He called on all teachers and students to continuously exercise and improve themselves in this practical activity and to work together to contribute to the cause of rural aesthetic education. Teacher Wang Xi from the Central Conservatory of Music explained the specific arrangements for this practical activity.

The Education Bureau of Baisha Li Autonomous County and the leaders of our attending units jointly unveiled the "Hainan Normal University Aesthetic Education Practice Base". The school Youth League Committee and Baisha Li Autonomous County First Primary School signed an agreement to jointly build an aesthetic education practice base. After the ceremony, the attending leaders and representatives of teachers and students observed the music course on site.

It is reported that the "Teaching Fish"Project"—CCOM 1+1 National Country Music Teacher Training and Music Aesthetic Education Practice Activity—was being implemented by the Central Conservatory of Music with the support of the China Social Welfare Foundation to carry out country music teacher training, regular music classes, etc. The content was to carry out music and aesthetic education volunteer service activities such as rural music teacher training and normalized music classes, aimed to strengthen the construction of rural teacher teams and empower rural education with numbers,relying on the "Three Classrooms" platform, music courses will be delivered to rural schools and children's classrooms, and digital teaching forms will be transformed and upgraded to better promote the construction of rural aesthetic education courses through art education. The School of Music of our school was invited to join the event as one of the 24 cooperative units across the country.
