Diplomatic officials from China and Malaysia, representatives of university teachers and students, famous filmmakers, and local citizens from Kuala Lumpur attended the screening event and exchanged ideas. Our school teacher, Lv Yong, gave a comprehensive introduction to the movie "Secretary Axia" and explained the responsibility and significance of spreading the Chinese voice and telling Chinese stories as a young person. The Chinese Cultural Center (Kuala Lumpur) highly recognized the positive significance of the film "Secretary Axia" for cultural exchanges between China and Malaysia. The Malaysian university teachers and students who participated in the film expressed strong interest in the Chinese folk culture and the beautiful scenery of Hainan displayed in the film.
The movie "Secretary Axia" mainly told the story of Yin Mengxia, the leader of the music teaching and research group of the city high school, as the first secretary of Yunshang Biancun, who has contributed all her efforts to rural revitalization and ultimately gained recognition from the villagers.
