Recently, the evaluation results of the “China Academic Journal Evaluation Report (7th Edition)” were announced, and the “Journal of Hainan Normal University (Natural Science)” was rated as an RCCSE China Core Academic Journal (A-level), signaling a new breakthrough in the academic influence of the journal.
Founded in 1987, the “Journal of Hainan Normal University (Natural Science)” has previously won the First Prize for Characteristic Scientific and Technological Journals of Chinese Universities, the Excellent Journal Award for Implementing the “CAJ-CD Specifications”, and the First Hainan Provincial Excellent Publication Government Award. It was also included in the 2022 China University Science and Technology Journals Construction Demonstration Case Library as an excellent science and technology journal. The university’s Party and administrative leadership have always attached great importance to the development of the journal. They have taken multiple measures to guide the “Journal of Hainan Normal University (Natural Science)” in its transformation and innovation. They emphasized the use of new media to enhance its dissemination capacity, stressed the importance of training to continuously improve the quality of its journal editors, and required strict quality control to increase the journal's academic influence effectively.
